About the Owner
Kelly Davis is the owner and head baker. Kelly was born and raised in the Post Falls/Coeur d'Alene area. She is married to her husband Mark who moved to the area in the late 90s. They have 3 children together. Kelly's mom was diagnosed with Celiac disease when she was a teenager and a few years later found she had a milk, nut, and several other food allergies. After being diagnosed with Crohn's disease and other autoimmune disorders over 8 years ago Kelly finally accepted she does too. Her oldest daughter has to eat gluten free and her youngest son has Downs Syndrome. He is the head taster. Several other family members have food allergies also. Due to Kelly's love of cooking she decided that there has to be a way to enjoy food just as good as she did before gluten was removed. Kelly set to work, with the help of her husband and family, to create recipes that everyone could enjoy together. Many don't even realize they are eating something that is gluten free.
